Várda Ferro Kft was founded for the manufacture, distribution and processing of iron casting in 1993. Main products are leveling wedges. The leveling wedges are special and durable metal pieces that are resistant and placed under multi-ton machines to bring stability and safety during operation.

The leveling wedges of Várda Ferro Kft are distributed internationally through a German based company. Therefore, the machining center in Kisvarda assists safe operation of industrial-sized machines all over the world.

Nearly 90% of the company’s revenue comes from sales of leveling wedges, the German partner company purchases approximately 300 tons of products per year.

As a result of the capacity expansion investments in 2015, previous production limitations are eliminated at Várda Ferro Kft, annual sales can rise up to 390 tonnes. In course of the capacity expansion in 2015, a new machining center was established in Kisvárda. An EMB 1605g CNC precision machining tool was purchased in addition to the existing lathing machines. With this technology, high-accurate and precise finished product can be produced. Moreover, Várda Ferro Kft also purchased 3 pieces D35.33S type of forklifts for product handling tasks.
